/arriving late policy
If you are unable to arrive on time for your reserved appointment our service providers cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service within the remaining time. However, you will still be charged for the full price of that service. In some cases, you may be asked to reschedule the appointment.
Sanctuary takes great pride in reserving undivided time for you. We provide a friendly reminder call one or two days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive this call, please contact us to make sure the appointment is accurate. We want you to have a positive experience at Sanctuary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments we appreciate a 24-hour notification. If you have scheduled multiple services, we require a 48-hour cancelation notification. All multiple service appointments require a credit card deposit. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, and you do not give us a 48 hour cancellation notice, there will be a service charge of 75% of the service amount.
/policy on children
Out of respect for your child’s safety and for the quiet relaxation of our guests, we ask that you only bring them to the salon or spa if they are receiving a service themselves. Thank you for helping us keep our environment safe and relaxing.
